KUWAIT CITY, Jan 5: Two foreigners (Russian and Turkish) cheated an exchange shop in Farwaniya area to the tune of 80,000 euros. The suspects are said to have swapped the counterfeit notes while the worker was busy preparing the sum they had asked for, reports Al- Seyassah daily.

The suspects swapped the counterfeit 80,000 euros and left the scene after giving their word to the employee to return in a few minutes to finish the transaction.

Owner of the exchange shop notified security authorities about the incident after reviewing the action of the suspects on the surveillance camera installed at the shop.
