KUWAIT CITY, April 6: Chairman of the Union of Insurance Companies, Khaled Al-Hassan , stated that there is a government tendency to impose compulsory health insurance on expatriates coming to the country on commercial visit visas, reports Al Anba. 

Al-Hassan said  that the Union of Insurance Companies presented a product to cover health insurance for visitors to Kuwait with entry benefits on a commercial visit visa whether the visitor intends to stay for a day or a month will have to pay KD 20 if approved.
