Chinese company in Kuwait employs North Koreans – Violates UN Sanctions

KUWAIT CITY: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has revealed that a Chinese company based in Kuwait has violated the UN Security Council sanctions by employing North Koreans, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The Central Bank, in a circular issued recently, stated that it had information that a North Korean construction company is helping its citizens get jobs in the construction sector through a Chinese engineering and construction company based in Kuwait, in concrete violation of the Security Council sanctions against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
