Asian and Arab beggars arrested

KUWAIT CITY, April 21: Number of Arab and Asian nationality beggars were arrested by the Ministry of Interior from various regions of Kuwait. They were referred to competent authorities to take legal action. Begging is a crime which results in deportation.
