Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait Opens Smart Branch at The Warehouse

Kuwait City, June 9: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) is excited to introduce its new smart branch at The Warehouse, available until 3 October 2024. This endeavor reflects the Bank’s commitment to enhancing its competitive edge through ongoing digital transformation efforts.

The Bank’s new branch will offer customers a range of top-tier self-service options, operating from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

On this occasion, Johair Marafi, General Manager of Retail Banking at ABK, stated, “Our new smart branch at The Warehouse embodies our dedication to fostering financial inclusion and exceptional customer service across Kuwait. It underscores our firm determination to deliver seamless and efficient services, aiming to bolster customer satisfaction and welcome more individuals into our expanding family.”

Marafi emphasized that the inauguration of the new branch aligns with the growing need for utilizing digital technologies in financial and banking activities. The branch aims to elevate the Bank’s services, provide added value to all customers, and deliver exceptional banking experiences.

She emphasized that the new smart branch represents a notable addition to the Bank’s network. This highlights ABK’s ongoing commitment to conducting market research to enhance its services, products, and solutions for all customer segments in Kuwait.

In conclusion, Marafi affirmed that ABK has made significant progress in its digital transformation strategy, demonstrated by the introduction of various digital services, the revamped website.
