KUWAIT CITY, Jan 18: A woman and her companion have been detained at the Rumaithiya Police Station for destroying state and private property, in addition to being in an abnormal state, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to a security source the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report that a vehicle had run out of control in Rumaithiya and crashed through a barricade and bumped into another parked vehicle. It turned out that the person behind the steering wheel was abnormal and admitted to the charges filed against him. After the accident the woman allegedly escaped but was arrested later.
