KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: Kuwait Ministry of Health reported 5 deaths and 778 cases due to COVID-19. The death toll climbed up to 826 and the infected cases to 134,159, health ministry data showed.
According to ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, the number of people hospitalized with the virus stands at 8,428; 108 of whom in intensive care units.
Al-Sanad added that 6,808 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hrs, with a total of 986,144 so far.
Meanwhile, some 749 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours to raise the total to 124,905, the ministry said.
