KUWAIT CITY, Dec 12: 140 out of the 267 projects or 52 percent of all the projects contained in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 development plans have suffered a setback, reports Al-Qabas daily.
State Minister for Economic Affairs, Acting Minister of Finance Mariam Al-Aqeel has made it clear that only 160 projects are expected to meet the deadline while 21 are expected to be completed before time.
