105 Juveniles arrested driving without a driving license

KUWAIT CITY, March 5: The General Directorate of Traffic Department carried out a campaign in all governorates where 28,891 traffic violations were recorded in a week. The campaign resulted in arresting 105 juveniles driving without a license, they were caught driving vehicles of their relatives endangering lives of self and others.
