KUWAIT CITY, Aug 21: The General Department of Criminal Investigation of Farwaniya Governorate, has arrested two expats belonging to Arab and Asian nationalities. These individuals have been charged with the offense of "misusing a phone." Their alleged actions involved surreptitiously placing a mobile phone within the confines of a women's restroom located in a bank within the Farwaniya Governorate.
A case numbered 45/2024 has been officially registered in connection to this incident. Following their arrest, the suspects have been handed over to the appropriate legal authorities. This step has been taken with the intention of initiating necessary legal proceedings against them.
