11,000 traffic violations issued ‘per day’ in 2021

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 16: Statistics issued by the General Traffic Department said last year, the average citations issued per day by the GTD was 11,000, reports Al-Qabas daily. Inattentiveness while driving ranked first among the violations, and it turned out to be the biggest cause of accidents. Statistics show four million violations were recorded by traffic cameras, traffic men, as well as men of other field sectors.
