KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: A 28-year old Kuwaiti citizen stabbed his 25- year old cousin to death in Mina Abdullah area. According to security sources, a team of securitymen were on routine patrol when a person holding a knife approached them and told them that he murdered someone. They immediately arrested him, and notified the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior, which dispatched officers to the location.
The officers found the corpse on the ground, and referred it to the Forensics Department. Meanwhile, the suspect, while being interrogated, initially claimed that he did not know the victim. However, he eventually revealed that he murdered his cousin due to some longstanding disputes between them. A case was registered, and investigations are ongoing.
