What really happened?

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: Personnel from the Mubarak Al-Kabeer investigation department have contacted the management of one of the complexes to get the CCTV footage of cameras to know exactly what happened since the person who called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior said he could not explain it to the Operations Room female operator, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to a security source, a young man informed 112 that while he was in the complex he accidentally happened to look at a young man and the latter’s behavior in front of all shoppers was what he called ‘immoral’. The source said the report has been submitted to the competent police station and the securitymen have communicated with the young man. The source stated if it is proven that the incident actually happened as described by the person, the suspect will be identified, arrested and punished.
