‘Wanted’ … wandering naked

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: An unidentified man who is wanted by law for fraud case of KD 23,000 was arrested for wandering naked in Farwaniya area. According to security sources, the man was discovered to be suffering from mental problems. He has been referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action. Meanwhile, Capital securitymen arrested a Pakistani expatriate for entering Kuwait illegally via sea. He has been detained in Shuwaikh Police Station for necessary legal action.
