The source also confirmed that citizens of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco with residence permits in Gulf countries are now allowed to get visa upon arrival at the airport in Egypt. He added these people must have arrival and departure seals on their passports to and from the Gulf country where they are currently residing.
