WASHINGTON, Nov 4: The US is offering a reward offer of up to USD 10 million for information on the whereabouts of key members of the ransomware hacking group, DarkSide, and USD 5 million for details on people assisting or linked with the group, the State Department said on Thursday.
DarkSide are responsible for the Colonial Pipeline Co. cyber attack in May, this year, which led to a temporary shut down of a pipeline carrying 45 per cent of the US East Coast's fuel needs, spokesperson Ned Price said in a statement.(KUNA)
