University degree forged – Woman to Prosecution

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: The Interior Ministry referred a female employee to the Public Prosecution as she was accused of forging her university degree after giving conflicting statements during investigation, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting sources.

Sources disclosed the employee initially told the investigators that she did not submit her certificate to the ministry where she works; hence, she did not get any financial privilege based on this certificate.

She was later released on KD 200 bail. After the prosecution released the employee, secret investigations were conducted and it was discovered that she provided incorrect information.

It turned out that she submitted the certificate to the ministry where she works and was appointed to a supervisory post, thus, she received financial privileges based on this certificate.
