ABU DHABI, Feb 17, (KUNA): Rashed Al-Dawwas and Hmoud Al-Mudhayyan, of Kuwait, won Friday the 2nd and 3rd positions at end of the Fourth Heat of United Arab Emirates (UAE) international jet ski championship, held at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Speaking to KUNA, Al-Dawwas said he was pleased to come second in the GP4 category because he still maintained the lead in the general standing.

He attributed his retreat to the second place to technical and mechanical problems in his jet ski.

Al-Dawwas said his his teammmate, Al-Mudhayyan, came 3rd in the GP2 category race, which was the largest category in terms of the number of racers.

Yusuf Al-Abdulrazzaq and Abdulaziz Al-Najdi, also from Kuwait, did not complete their races because their jet skis suffered technical failure.
