KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: The Ahmadi police have arrested a three-man gang of Bangladeshis for breaking into the apartments of compatriot workers and robbing them of their money, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the daily the men armed with knives, threatened to kill their countrymen if they did not hand over their possessions, particularly money.

The arrest came after a patrol of the Ahmadi Security (affiliated to the Fahaheel Command) was following up the security situation in the Fahaheel area, and heard cries of someone shouting for help. The source added that the patrol members asked for immediate support, and raided the place and arrested the gang members and referred them to the security authorities. During interrogation the men reportedly confessed to the charges filed against them.
