KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: The Hawalli police have arrested an unidentified thief who specialized in stealing cell phones of café-goers, reports Al-Rai daily. According to a security source, the man was arrested on suspicion when police saw him carrying a bag.
When the bag was checked, police found the stolen items and when police asked the source of the items he stuttered. He was then taken to a police station where he admitted to stealing the phones from his victims. He has been handed over to the Public Prosecution.
