Syrian who beat-up Egyptian doctor switched of his phone to avoid tracing

KUWAIT CITY, Jun 14: A security source from Al-Jahra investigations team have intensified their efforts to arrest the Syrian accused who assaulted the Egyptian doctor inside the clinic in northern Sulaibiya, which left the doctor with a fractured foot.

The accused had shut his mobile phone since the incident to unable to trace him via satellite technology.

The source pointed out that the authorities have notified family of the accused that he was wanted by the law to investigate the on charges of beating Egyptian doctor which was classified as a felony and the arrest of the accused is a matter of time.

The Egyptian doctor had registered a case yesterday that he was beaten by a person wearing dishdasha, and upon examining the cameras and records it was revealed that the person was accompanying his sick son and that he was Syrian according to the child’s civil ID.
