Stray dogs drugged, not slaughtered

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: A widely circulated video in the social media showed three expatriates drugging a dog and claimed men were then slaughtering the dogs, reports Al-Anba daily.
When the video went viral the men were identified and summoned for interrogation by the Research and Investigation Department of Farwaniya Governorate and they confessed to drugging the stray dogs and that they were working for the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) and were part of a task team to catch stray dogs.
