Sports fans can watch games in stadiums

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 6: The Government Communication Center twitted on its twitter account that, the Council of Ministers decided to allow sports fans to watch games from the stadium with following conditions. The fans should not exceed 30% of the total capacity of the stadium. Adhere to health requirements during the matches and training.
