My wife and I earn KD 110 and KD 350 respectively. Can we bring our baby to Kuwait?

Answer: It is possible to bring your baby to Kuwait on a visit visa but this can only be done by your wife since your monthly salary of KD 110 does not qualify you to invite anyone to Kuwait on a visit visa.
On the other hand, if your question is with regard to bringing your baby to Kuwait on a family visa, then the answer is ‘no’ because under Kuwait law it is only the man who can sponsor his family on dependent visa.
To be able to do this, you must earn a monthly salary of KD 450 or more and since your salary is partly KD 110, this means that you can’t sponsor your baby on family visa. Your wife’s salary is irrelevant in this equation, since the practice of combining salaries for the purpose of sponsorship has since been discontinued.
