KUWAIT CITY, April 28: Amid the continuing influx of the violators of residence law at the government shelters, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khaled Al-Jarallah revealed some countries in response to continuous pressure from Kuwait said they are working to receive their citizens soon, pointing to continued coordination with the embassies of these countries in Kuwait to complete this evacuation at the earliest, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Al-Jarallah said contacts were not interrupted with countries whose citizens are violators of the residence law in Kuwait as well as communicating with their embassies in Kuwait. He added some of them reported at the beginning that they are not ready at that time, noting that “with the increase in pressure from our side, these countries have expressed their approval and announced that they will receive their workers very soon.”
In the meantime, well-informed sources confirmed the chapter of the evacuation of the Egyptian violators is closed. Two flights every week will evacuate about 600 violators.
