Smuggling attempt of one million KD worth Larica pills and narcotics foiled

KUWAIT CITY, May 19: Kuwait airport customs inspectors of the air freight division foiled smuggling attempt of 8 parcels containing more that half million larica pills (517,000) and 75 kgs of narcotic powder coming from China. These drugs were smuggled through air freight companies. The market value of seized contraband is one million Kuwaiti Dinar. The Customs department monitored this shipment before Eid Al Fitr and tracked it until it reached Kuwait.
