Schools eyed along coastal areas

KUWAIT CITY, July 29: Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Installations and Planning at the Ministry of Education Eng Yassin Al-Yassin has announced the establishment of schools along the coastal areas in Al-Masaeil, Abu Fatira, Funaitees and Egaila; indicating the ministry is currently coordinating with Kuwait Municipality regarding the plots it received, reports Al- Anba daily .

He confirmed the opening of 21 new schools in various areas in the next academic year, adding these schools are equipped with the most advanced facilities.

He reassured the students and their parents or guardians that preparations for the next school year are progressing as planned; hence, there is no reason for them to be concerned or worried. He added there is no fear of malfunctioning air conditioning systems, especially since teams have been formed to follow-up preparations for the upcoming academic year.
