Saudi Crown Prince opens ABB Formula E

RIYADH, Nov 22 (KUNA) — Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz witnessed the opening round of the second session of the FIA ABB Formula E Championship, for electric cars.
The opening ceremony was attended by Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim and Kuwait Olympic Committee Chairman Sheikh Fahad Nasser Al-Sabah.
Organized by the International Automobile Federation in Diriyah City, the event comes at the outset of the Diriyah Season activities.
The ceremony was also attended by Bahraini Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
