Rules violated, mum stopped by court from seeing her kids

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: The Ja’afari Section in the Family Court rejected the petition of a mother to see her children as she breached the conditions set in this regard, in addition to leaving the children for three years and her low moral standard.

Attorney Elaf Al-Saleh submitted to the court the documents containing evidence against the plantiff , proving that she breached the agreement on seeing her children and she lacks moral sense as she had earlier been accused of offending and defaming her ex-husband. Al-Saleh pointed out the mother previously relinquished her right to see and take custody of her children, let alone the fact that her children do not want to see their mother because she left them for three years.
