Recommendations to strictly implement curfew

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 29: Today, a meeting was held by Cabinet of Ministers, chaired by the Minister of Interior Anas Al-Saleh, in the presence of the Minister of Trade and Industry Khaled Al-Roudhan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Nasser, the Minister of Oil Khaled Al-Fadil, the Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah, the Minister of Works Dr. Rana Al-Faris and the Minister of Information Mohammed Al-Jabri in Al-Seef Palace for another discussion on developments regarding the coronavirus.

Sources stated that the ministries of health, trade and education presented their reports on the crisis of the coronavirus and it became clear that there are indications that implementation of the curfew is marred by defects and shortcomings by Kuwaitis and expats alike specially during grace hours that start from 4 am in the morning until 5pm in the evening where people are wandering and shopping despite the fact that it is not necessary to leave their homes.

According to the sources recommendations to strictly enforce the ban or search for other alternatives that will reduce people to come out and force them to stay at home and not exit their homes except for urgent necessities
