Reckless driver arrested, vehicle impounded

KUWAIT CITY, July 6: The General Traffic Department took immediate measures against a vehicle driver who was performing reckless stunts in the middle of the road junction endangering life of self and others. Several violations were issued against him. His vehicle has been impounded in a traffic detention garage.
