Qu’ood wins Doha horse hurdle event

DOHA, Dec 27, (KUNA): Kuwait’s Ali Al-Kharafi and Nora Al-Qu’ood Saturday won top positions in Doha International Equestrian hurdle jumping competition. Al-Kharafi won the first place in the 120-cm hurdle category after jumping over all hurdles in 51.64 seconds. Qatari Saeed Al-Qadhi followed with 54.73 seconds and his compatriot Salem Al-Emadi third with 56.35 seconds. Khaled Al-Khubaizi and Shaker Alkadhemi, from Kuwait, settled in the 6th and 7th positions of the same category respectively.
