Private house in Khaitan used to store eggs by Expats

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: An official in the General Authority for Food and Nutrition announced the release of two Arab expats who violated the storage rules by using private house to store eggs without a license and which is against health requirements reports Al Rai

The source said that the violations committed by the above-mentioned person are violating the storage of foodstuffs without a license, and the violation of handling foodstuffs unfit for human consumption, stressing that they will be referred to the prosecution under penal penalties stipulated in the law establishing the Commission. No. 112 of 2013.

The source pointed to the discovery of these violations came to light after a fire broke out in this private dwelling. He stated that the General Authority for Food and Nutrition calls on Kuwaitis to cooperate with them and not to rent housing for such purposes in order to ensure the health of consumers and that the landlord and tenant does not fall into the breaches of the law and also called on Kuwaitis and expats to inform the inspection departments in the governorates of any similar violations in private housing for the benefit of the public
