Police hunt KD 10 bill forgers

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 12: Police in all governorates are looking for unidentified persons for forging KD 10 banknotes in a highly professional manner, reports Al-Anba daily. This came after managers at several fuel stations complained that some men filled their car tanks with petrol and paid with the forged currency.
The sources said the forgery is done in a perfect way but still can be identified because the water marks in missing and is not coherent unlike the real currency. The sources said, the forgers have done the job using highly sophisticated photocopying devices. Workers at all outlets have been requested to keep a watch on people they suspect promoting forged currency, note down the car plate number and inform the police.
