Police arrests person who fled after colliding with police vehicle

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 14: The Ministry of Interior stated that the security authorities managed to arrest the person who collided with a police vehicle overturning it after he was asked to stop. The person was in an abnormal condition with an intoxicated substance and collided with the patrol vehicle and fled the scene. He has been referred to the competent authority to take legal action against him.
