Phone companies race to launch new iPhone 14 in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 10: The smart phone market in Kuwait is preparing to receive the latest version of the US company Apple’s new “iPhone 14”, after the producing company announced the availability of “iPhone 14”, “14 Pro” and “14 Pro Max” versions starting from September 16; the iPhone 14 Plus will be available on October 7, reports Al-Anba daily.

In this context, sources in the electronics sector told the daily the iPhone lovers will be able to buy the new versions in the local market this month, coinciding with the official launch of the phone in the US and international markets, saying the Kuwaiti companies and electronic showrooms are always seeking to provide the new phones for users in Kuwait in conjunction with its official launch in global markets.

The new “iPhone 14” has an “OLED” screen with a brightness of 1200 nits, and the new iPhone supports the “Always On Display” feature, and the screen will work all the time, and emergency satellite communication will be provided as a service, to be available for two years for free with iPhone 14users which will be available first in America and Canada.

The iPhone 14 Pro camera will be 48 megapixels, with a 65% larger sensor for the main camera compared to the previous one, and also one of the features of the new “iPhone 14 Pro” and “14 Pro Max” is that it comes with an “A16 Bionic” processor, and the purple color is the color of the new official device. With regard to the prices of the new phone, the sources expected that the latest versions of “Apple” will be available in Kuwait at prices starting from 300 dinars for the “iPhone 14” and 400 dinars for the “iPhone 14 Pro”, explaining that these prices are for copies with less storage capacity, and that they will rise with the higher storage capacities of these phones.
