Perfume firm fined – Importing imitation of well known perfume brand

KUWAIT CITY, April 4: The Court of Appeals has ordered one of the perfume companies not to sell or import the imitation of a well-known perfume brand into Kuwait, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, the court has ordered the company to pay KD 5,001 temporary compensation to the plaintiff (agent). In its verdict the similarity between two brands could easily fool the consumers.
