KUWAIT CITY, May 3: The Ministry of Interior announced the Public Security Sector was able to arrest the driver of a vanette after a clip was posted in the social media showing the man dumping waste on a public road and transporting his children in the rear of the vanette.
The ministry explained the man has been charged with four counts– violating security and safety regulations, taking passengers in the rear trunk, throwing garbage on the public road, negligence in driving, and endangering the lives of passengers. The man’s driving license has been impounded indefinitely.
