MOI suspends concert of Iraqi singer

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: The Ministry of Information suspended the concert of the Iraqi artist Hussam Al-Rassam, which was held in a hotel after organizers failed to handle the chaotic situation outside the hall which led to scuffle between them. The Ministry staff supervising the concert asked the organizers to abide by the rules and regulations license was granted. The Ministry suspended the concert for violating license terms.
