KUWAIT CITY, Nov 17: A mentally challenged Kuwaiti citizen was arrested for stabbing a Bedoun man and an Egyptian expatriate inside a housing complex in Hawally area, reports Al-Seyassah daily. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the incident, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location.
Paramedics referred the two injured men to the nearest hospital. Securitymen controlled the citizen, after which they were informed that he stabbed the two men during an argument. They discovered that the suspect has a “red card” in the psychiatric medicine hospital. He was referred to the police station of the area for necessary legal action
