KUWAIT CITY, April 11: Fire broke out in a store of healthrelated equipment in Shuwaikh Industrial Area and spread to a nearby art gallery. No injuries were reported but material losses were incurred. According to a press statement issued by Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD), when the Control Room of KFSD received information about the store on fire, firefighters rushed to the location and discovered upon arrival that the fire broke out in a two-storeyed store of area 200 square meters and had spread to a nearby art gallery of area 300 square meters.

After taking necessary steps to quicken the process, firefighters extinguished the fire within a short time. High-ranking officials were present at the location. Investigations have been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
