KUWAIT CITY, Oct 6: The Ministry of Interior has referred a number of tweeters to the Public Prosecution for libeling the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after receiving documented reports from the security authorities, reports Al-Rai daily.A security source said the Criminal Investigations Department will issues summons and arrest warrants against the suspects whose names were provided by the Public Prosecution, including well-known people identified only as U. Al-Khashram, S. Al-Faraj and others. The source said the aim was to harm the relations between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the recent visit of the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to Kuwait. The source added the first move was made by the Ministry of Interior and not the Ministry of Information, since the latter is responsible for licensing accounts and sites only. The personal accounts do not fall within its authority.
