KUWAIT CITY, Apr 26: The amnesty reception center witnessed large turnout of violators of residence from all communities to take advantage to leave the country without paying any fines and free air ticket to their destination country which is arranged by Ministry of Interior
The ministry started receiving all the violating nationalities today a campaign that was launched this month of April .
