Kuwaiti woman says harassed by Iraqi neighbor

KUWAIT CITY, July 31: Farwaniya police arrested an Iraqi man for harassing a Kuwaiti woman in her 50s, reports Al-Rai daily.
The Iraqi is being interrogated in preparation for referring him to the competent authorities. A security source revealed the woman lodged a complaint three days ago at Farwaniya Police Station against her Iraqi neighbor as he harassed her frequently.
In her complaint, the woman said the neighbor attempted to lure her to his evil desires through various ways including leaving money in front of her door. When his attempts failed, he put dirt in front of the door
