KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Hawally Police Station accusing a male compatriot of harassing her and attempting to lure her into immorality, reports Al-Rai daily. The woman has given police the plate number of his vehicle. He will be summoned for interrogation.
