Kuwaiti thief caught red-handed

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: The Farwaniya police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti who tried to raid a restaurant in Andalus, reports Al-Rai daily. At the time of arrest he was found in possession of 10 drug pills, a gas pistol, gloves and a mask that he used during thefts to evade arrest. He is also allegedly wanted in theft cases and was recently released from the Central Prison.

According to the reports the arrest came after the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a call from the workers in a restaurant who said a masked person attempted to burglarize the restaurant after threatening them with a pistol. The workers also said, they confronted the thief and the latter escaped without stealing anything. At the time of arrest the thief was in abnormal condition.
