Kuwaiti student ‘shot’ in leg in fight over right to park in Jordan

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 23: Jordanian security authorities are looking for a Jordanian student and two others who shot a Kuwaiti student in Pharmacy College of Al-Isra University, reports Al-Rai daily.

Reportedly, an argument broke out between two Kuwaiti brothers and three Jordanian students concerning the right to park.

One of the Jordanians took a revolver from his car and shot at the foot of one of the Kuwaiti brothers. The three Jordanians then fled in a pickup wagon. The injured student was rushed to hospital and the bullet was pulled out from his foot. The student’s father said the cultural attaché of the Kuwaiti embassy in Amman and a delegation visited his son.
