Kuwaiti detained for stealing Laptops, phones from cars in parking lots

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 17: Police have detained for interrogation an unidentified Kuwaiti who was found in abnormal condition in a suburb of Mubarak Al-Kabeer, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources, the man had in his car computers (laptops), smart phones, and other items which police say the man has admitted to stealing from cars parked in open areas and parking lots.
The daily added, the man was caught on suspicion late at night for reckless driving and while issuing a citation they discovered he was abnormal. When asked about the contents found in the car, he fumbled with the reply and later said they belong to him but could not justify when asked why.
