KD 3,640, liquor bottles seized from woman

KUWAIT CITY, May 2: Police have arrested an unidentified woman, who is believed to be in her 30s for reckless driving, possessing two bottles of imported alcohol and KD 3,640 cash, reports Al- Anba daily. The suspect was driving a luxurious car and looked disoriented at the time of arrest. When police asked, she failed to give a valid reason for the source of money, which suggested she is either trading in alcohol or earn money through flesh trade.

However, the Al-Rai daily said two Kuwaiti women were arrested. The daily added, both of them were under the infl uence of alcohol and one of them said she earned money through prostitution in the chalet area.
