KD 3,000 fine overruled

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27:The Court of Appeals nullified three real estate investment contracts between two real estate companies represented by their respective managers and two investors — one of whom is a woman, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The defendants were obligated to pay a total of KD 110,000 to the plaintiffs covering the value of the contracts, in addition to KD 20,000 compensation for the material and moral damages the plaintiffs suffered as a result of the nullification of the contracts.
